Job Description

• We are looking for Vendor Onboarding Officers to support new clients and partners through our ride hailing app.
• This role requires excellent communication, good technology skills and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Onboard customers, riders, vendors on our ride hailing app
• Handle app documentation, training sessions, and system setups.
• Provide ongoing support and answer onboarding-related inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in an onboarding, operations, or tech administrative role.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of onboarding software and tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary

• N150,000 – N180,000 / month.
