Job Title: Fulfilment Assistant
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Overview
- As the Fulfillment Assistant, your role is essential in making sure every order is accurately picked, packed, and dispatched on time.
- You need to be highly organized, efficient, and detail-oriented, ensuring that all fulfillment processes run smoothly.
- I expect you to take full ownership of this process, working closely with the Fulfillment Officer and dispatch riders to make sure deliveries are seamless every day.

- Order Pickup & Verification
- Packing & Accuracy
- Labeling & Dispatch Preparation
- Handover to Dispatch Riders
- Reporting & Communication
Targets & Expectations:
- Pick up, pack, and dispatch all assigned orders daily without any delays.
- Ensure zero errors in order fulfillment, making sure every package meets customer expectations.
- Communicate effectively with the Fulfillment Officer and dispatch riders to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Constantly look for ways to improve fulfillment efficiency and maintain high performance.

- Reporting & Documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or order fulfillment.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet daily deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to organize tasks effectively.
- Basic understanding of inventory management and tracking systems.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Salary
- N60,000 – N80,000 / Month.
