Job Description

• The Bulb Institute is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cybersecurity Trainer to deliver an immersive learning curriculum on cybersecurity.
• As a Cybersecurity Trainer, you will deliver training sessions, guide students through hands-on projects, and ensure their understanding of cybersecurity concepts and practices.
• This is a Career Advance position, with a duration of 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions on the provided cybersecurity curriculum to a group of students.
• Guide students through hands-on projects, providing practical experience in securing systems and networks.
• Facilitate discussions and address questions to ensure students’ comprehension of cybersecurity concepts and their application in real-world scenarios.
• Assess student progress, provide feedback, and assist in the development of their cybersecurity skills.
• Provide support and guidance to students during the program, addressing any technical or conceptual challenges they may encounter. • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes collaboration, critical thinking, and a passion for cybersecurity.

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong expertise and experience in the field of cybersecurity, with a focus on network security, system security, and application security.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles, frameworks, and best practices.
• Practical experience in securing computer networks, systems, and applications.
• Proficiency in conducting vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and incident response.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CompTIA Security+, CEH, or other industry-recognized certifications are highly desirable.
• A passion for continuous learning and staying updated with the latest trends and developments in cybersecurity
