Job Description

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable individual to join our team as a Data Entry Officer / International Education Advisor.
• In this role, you will be responsible for processing and managing student admissions and visa applications for international studies while ensuring accurate data entry.
• You will also provide guidance to prospective students and promote the organization’s services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and advice to students and families about study opportunities in partner institutions abroad.
• Submit applications, obtain admission offers, and facilitate enrolments.
• Ensure timely and error-free data entry and management.
• Counsel students on visa requirements and application processes.
• Communicate with clients via face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and emails.
• Participate in promotional events, institution briefings, and training sessions.
• Assist in the general promotion of the company’s services and brand.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum 2:1 or equivalent preferred. (Note: Candidates below a 2:1 or Upper Credit who do not have any demonstrable and competitive advantage, please do not apply).
• Proficiency in data entry, research, and IT tools (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer service and marketing experience, particularly in the education sector, is an advantage.
• Creative writing skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Understanding of the needs and issues of prospective international students.
