Job Title: Data Entry Officer, NYSC Intern
Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Job Summary
- We are hiring a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Officer to support our healthcare operations in Ibadan.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing data across our systems to support inventory, clinical, and administrative reporting needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update data into spreadsheets, inventory tools, and healthcare systems with a high level of accuracy.
- Identify and correct data inconsistencies, ensuring clean and organized records.
- Collaborate with inventory, procurement, and admin teams to collect and input required data.
- Assist in generating reports for operational analysis and team review.
- Ensure proper handling of sensitive and confidential information in line with organizational policies.
- Support administrative documentation, filing, and digital archiving.
Qualifications
- OND, HND, or BSc in Computer Science, Health Information Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in data entry or admin support, preferably in a healthcare or NGO setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic data management tools.
- Excellent attention to detail, fast typing skills, and organizational ability.
- Professionalism in handling sensitive data and maintaining confidentiality.
