Job Description

• The Digital Marketing Manager leads the planning and execution of online marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and conversions.
• This role oversees SEO, social media, email marketing, and paid ads to optimize performance across digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage all digital marketing campaigns across various digital platforms (SEO, SEM, social media, email, etc.).
• Build and manage SEO and SEM strategies effectively.
• Plan, execute, and manage email marketing campaigns to retain and engage customers.
• Optimize conversions by effectively managing all customer interactions and conversations.
• Collaborate with the content team to ensure high-quality, engaging content across all channels.
• Stay up to date with industry trends to maintain a competitive marketing strategy.
• Ensure brand identity is consistent across all marketing channels.

Requirements

• Minimum of B.Sc Degree.
• Minimum of 3 years experience.

Skills:

• Ability to design end-to-end digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
• Creative thinking and strong awareness of industry trends
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong team player with demonstrated leadership abilities

Tools:

• Proficient in using Trello and Notion for project and task management
• Skilled in interpreting Google Analytics insights to guide marketing decisions
• Knowledgeable in utilizing SEO and SEM tools for campaign optimization
