Job Overview

  • Our client is seeking a Full-Time Digital Media & Web Manager.
  • This remote position is Nigeria-based preferred and operates on UK business hours (9am–5pm GMT, Monday to Friday).

About the Role

  • The Digital Media & Web Manager will act as the technical and creative lead on a range of web, digital media, and app development projects.
  • The role is hands-on, requiring proficiency in WordPress, PHP coding, graphic design, and social media management, ensuring seamless project delivery and outstanding client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain multiple WordPress websites, including updates, security, backups, and plugin management.
  • Lead website migrations, domain management, and email configuration from platforms such as 123-Reg and cPanel to 20i.com.
  • Develop and manage social media content, graphics, and engagement across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
  • Build websites using WordPress, WooCommerce, custom PHP, and API integrations.
  • Oversee the design and development of custom web-based applications (non-app store).
  • Produce corporate branding assets such as logos, business cards, and slides.
  • Collaborate with SEO and marketing teams to implement campaigns and refine processes.
  • Provide direct client and internal team support via video calls, phone, and email.
  • Contribute to internal system improvements (recruitment workflows, CRM, quoting tools, etc.).
  • Monitor and report on performance metrics and social media growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years’ hands-on experience with WordPress and WooCommerce, including theme customisation and migrations.
  • Strong PHP coding capabilities.
  • Experience with cPanel, 20i.com, and email/domain management is preferred.
  • Graphic design skills using tools such as Photoshop, Canva, or similar.
  • Demonstrable social media management experience for B2B audiences.
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills; able to interact confidently with UK and US clients.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects independently.
  • Must have reliable internet, VPN capabilities, and access to a backup workspace if needed.

Desirable:

  • Experience with Plesk.
  • PWA or similar app development.
  • CRM Project Management systems such as HubSpot, Monday.com, or Zoho.
