Title: E-commerce Sales Manager – Graduate Scheme

Location: Lagos

  • Alice and Tiwa, an e-commerce fashion retail company based in Nigeria, is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Manager under our Graduate Scheme. We are looking for candidates who have recently graduated from university within the past three years with a minimum of a 2:2 degree in business, economics, marketing, data analytics, or other fields. Experience in a CRM platform is beneficial but not necessary, and candidates with experience in any job role are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee customer orders from processing to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate fulfilment.
  • Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and enhance the customer shopping experience.
  • Analyse website performance and user behaviour data to identify areas for improvement and implement conversion optimization strategies.
  • Utilize data analytics to track and analyse sales performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Lead and motivate the customer service and sales team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in e-commerce.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of a 2:2 in business, economics, marketing, data analytics, or a related field.
  • At least one year of work experience in any job role.
  • Experience in a CRM platform is beneficial but not necessary.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
  • Demonstrated business acumen and understanding of sales principles.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to utilize analytics tools to drive sales strategies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications is a must!
