About Us
- Our dynamic e-commerce company seeks an experienced E-commerce Officer to manage and develop our online shopping platform. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless online shopping experience, managing product listings, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain product listings, descriptions, and images on our e-commerce platform
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date product information, pricing, and inventory levels
- Develop and implement effective online marketing strategies to drive sales growth
- Analyze website performance, sales trends, and customer behavior to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing tools, and social media platforms
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 monthly.
