Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess minimum of an NCE certifications with 0 – 2 years experience.

Essential Skills:

• Strong Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication is critical for teaching English.
• Lesson Planning and Organization: Ability to plan engaging lessons, organize materials, and manage classroom time.
• Classroom Management: Skill in creating a positive learning environment, managing student behavior, and promoting student engagement.
• Adaptability and Flexibility: Willingness to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners.
• Patience and Empathy: Ability to understand and support students with varying learning styles, abilities, and emotional needs.

Subject-Specific Skills:

• English Language Proficiency: Native or near-native English language proficiency.
• Grammar and Linguistics Knowledge: Strong understanding of English grammar, syntax, and linguistics.
• Literary Analysis and Criticism: Ability to analyze and interpret literary texts, and teach critical thinking skills.
• Creative Writing and Composition: Skill in teaching writing techniques, composition, and creative writing.

Salary

• N70,000 – N90,000 Monthly.
