Job Title: Enterprise Account Manager
Location: Lagos
Summary:
- We are seeking a dynamic Enterprise Account Manager to drive growth by managing and expanding relationships with key enterprise clients. Responsibilities include developing strategic sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs. The ideal candidate has strong B2B sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in managing complex sales cycles
Responsibilities
- Manage the enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to securing a deal
- Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships
- Present products to prospective clients
- Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty
- Remain in regular contact with your clients to understand and meet their needs
- Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction and to maintain the company’s reputation
- Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
- Assist the organization’s sales and growth efforts by contributing to new customer acquisition.
- Provide ideas to attract new clients and keep the senior management updated about marketplace and competitor activity.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with client contacts.
- Generate and keep prospective client database updated
- Make cold calls for new business leads
- Support in writing new business proposals
- Maintain high knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company
Qualifications
- Possess strong communication and negotiation skills, and can engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Enterprise and Public Sector Experience
- Strong desire and business acumen
- 5+ years of enterprise sales experience
- Previous account management experience
- Previous experience within the Software & Cloud services industry
- Articulate and well accustomed to a client-facing roles
- Exceptional negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills
