Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Calendar Management:
- Manage the executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Arrange travel, accommodations, and itineraries for business trips.
- Handle email correspondence, phone calls, and official communications.
Meeting Coordination & Documentation:
- Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from meetings.
- Organize board meetings, conferences, and internal events.
- Maintain confidential records, reports, and documents.
Communication & Liaison:
- Act as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Draft and proofread emails, reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Represent the executive professionally in meetings and communications.
Project & Task Management:
- Assist in executing business strategies and tracking project progress.
- Conduct research and compile reports to support decision-making.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Office & Personal Support:
- Handle office supplies, budgets, and administrative processes.
- Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Support personal tasks for the executive as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
- Experience in handling executive-level communications and operations.
Key Skills:
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
