Job Title: Executive Assistant

Job Summary
- The Executive Assistant will play a key organizational role, providing management and administrative support to the CEO.
Responsibilities
The duties include:
- Prioritizing emails and phone calls,
- Gathering documents to prepare for meetings,
- Managing Office inventory such as stationary, equipment and furniture,
- Managing client relationships,
- Managing schedules and coordinating travel arrangements,
- May even be asked to represent the executive in meetings and other communications.
Requirements
- OND / HND /BSc in any field, with 0 – 2 years work experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills,
- Respectful and morally sound,
- Ability to work independently and handle tasks with minimal supervision,
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills,
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy,
- Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality,
- Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
Salary
- N150,000 – N200,000 monthly
