Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • We are looking for a young and energetic employee. The main task is communication with potential partners on behalf of our company.
  • This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
Executive Support:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the Diamond Software and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and documents.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action points.

Strategic & Business Support:

  • Assist in research, data analysis, and preparation of financial reports or industry insights.
  • Liaise with department heads and teams to ensure alignment on key business priorities.

Administrative & Operational Efficiency:

  • Coordinate travel arrangements, logistics, and itinerary planning.
  • Oversee special projects assigned by the MD/CEO.
  • Develop and maintain an efficient filing and record-keeping system.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations related to the MD/CEO’s office.

Educational & Professional Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in the financial services sector.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience in handling confidential and high-level business matters.

Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 monthly.
