Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
- Manage the executives’ dairy, calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, hotels and rentals cars if needed
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports and handle presentations
- Maintain confidential files and records
- Take dictation and minutes during meetings
- Act as the point of contact between the managers, supervisor and internal / external clients
- Materials are made available timely for meetings
- Organize and maintain the office filling system.
Requirements
- B.Sc. Degree / HND in Business Administration, Finance or any other relevant discipline
- Certifications like CAP or CEA will be an added advantage
- Ability to manage and handle meetings in the absence of the executives’
- Proficient in goggle suite, Microsoft office like Word, Excel, PowerPoint specifically
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and time management skills
- Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Accuracy, attention to details, and analytical skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- No prior experience necessary, but ability to learn and adapt to changing work styles is essential.
Salary
- N250,000 – N300,000 Monthly.
