- We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level strategic support directly to the Executive Management team.
- The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, impeccable attention to detail, and the ability to handle a wide range of responsibilities with discretion and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level strategic support directly to the Executive Management.
- Coordinate complex scheduling and act as a liaison between the Executive Management and other staff or external contacts.
- Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials.
- Conduct research and analyze data to prepare reports and presentations.
- Ensure execution of action points from Executive Committee meetings.
- Assist in other official or personal tasks and errands as they may be assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- 2 – 4 years in a similiar role.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
