Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Central Business District, Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant manage day-to-day administrative operations.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling office duties, managing social media, interacting with clients, and organizing the CEO’s itinerary, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient time management.
  • As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, managing various tasks to ensure smooth operations.
  • You will be responsible for scheduling appointments, handling client communications, organizing sales data, updating social media accounts, and assisting with off-site duties such as attending meetings/events.
  • Your role will be crucial in maintaining an efficient work environment while delivering exceptional support to the CEO and the business.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO’s daily itinerary and calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Handle client communications and ensure smooth interactions with the company.
  • Maintain and update sales data, preparing reports as needed.
  • Act as the front desk, providing information and answering inquiries.
  • Manage and update the company’s social media accounts, creating simple content and engaging with followers.
  • Assist with off-site duties.
  • Perform various administrative tasks as required by the CEO.

Requirements
Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proven experience in client management and social media handling.
  • Experience with sales data management and report preparation is a plus.

Others:

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and social media management.
  • Flexible, reliable, and willing to go on outside office duties as required.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor with a proactive attitude

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to manage social media platforms.
  • Professional client management and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Familiarity with sales data management and reporting.
