Job Description

  • We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our company’s Chairman.
  • The ideal candidate should be able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • The Executive Assistant should be an excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse range of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the calendar of the Chairman, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotel bookings, and transportation.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports.
  • Conduct research on various topics as requested.
  • Organize and maintain paper and electronic files, including confidential information.
  • Manage expense reports and invoices for the chairman.
  • Serve as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with special projects as needed.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong proficiency in digital conferencing tools (Zoom, Google Meet)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Experience in project management is a plus.


  • Salary: N100,000 – N150,000 Monthly.
