Job Title: Executive Assistant

Job Summary
- The Executive Assistant (EA) provides high-level administrative support to the CEO, managing schedules, handling correspondence, organizing meetings, and assisting with strategic initiatives. The EA acts as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring efficient communication and task execution.
- This role is essential in optimizing the CEO’s productivity by proactively managing workflows and coordinating priorities.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and manage the CEO’s calendar, coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Organize and prepare agendas, documents, and materials for meetings. Take detailed notes and manage follow-ups as needed.
- Handle email and other communications on behalf of the CEO, ensuring timely responses and prioritizing key matters.
- Arrange travel logistics, including flights, accommodation, and transportation, and prepare detailed itineraries.
- Manage sensitive information with the utmost discretion and ensure confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-suite executives.
- Exceptional ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively to handle the CEO’s schedule and requirements.
- Ability to anticipate needs and proactively address issues before they arise.
Salary
N200,000 – N300,000 Monthly.
