Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Job Summary

  • We are looking for a highly organized and proactive executive assistant (EA) to provide high-level administrative support to senior executives.
  • The EA will manage calendars, coordinate meetings, handle confidential information, and serve as a critical point of contact both internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain executive calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and other documents on behalf of the executive.
  • Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Screen and manage phone calls, emails, and other communications.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Assist with personal tasks as needed (e.g., travel bookings, reservations).
  • Conduct research and compile briefing materials for meetings and decision-making.
  • Manage projects or initiatives delegated by the executive.
  • Ensure executives are well-prepared for all engagements.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple deadlines.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Proactive problem-solver and self-starter.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse teams.

Preferred:

  • Experience in a fast-paced or executive-level environment.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Trello, Zoom, and other productivity platforms.
  • Background supporting C-level executives or in industries like tech, finance, betting, or hospitality.

Salary

  • N200,000 – N250,000 Monthly.
