Job Title: Executive Assistant to the CEO

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 3-6 years work experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational & multitasking abilities
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Provide high-level executive support to the CEO, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
  • Manage day-to-day office operations
  • Act as a gatekeeper and liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
  • Work independently to ensure the CEO’s time is efficiently allocated and priorities are addressed.
