Job Title: Executive Personal Assistant to the CEO

Location: Remote

Employment Type: Full-timeIndustry: Executive Support

Job Description

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
  • Handle confidential information and maintain professional communication at all times.
  • Assist in organizing and prioritizing tasks and projects to ensure smooth workflow.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field.
  • 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting and maintain professionalism.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other virtual collaboration tools.
  • Preference for female candidates to support gender diversity.
  • Gender: preferably female for gender balance.

Salary
N250,000 monthly.
