Job Title: Executive Personal Assistant to the CEO

Job Description
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
- Handle confidential information and maintain professional communication at all times.
- Assist in organizing and prioritizing tasks and projects to ensure smooth workflow.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field.
- 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and maintain professionalism.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other virtual collaboration tools.
- Preference for female candidates to support gender diversity.
- Gender: preferably female for gender balance.
Salary
N250,000 monthly.
