We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Facility Manager
Location: Gwarinpa, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Facility Maintenance: Oversee the upkeep of kitchen equipment, HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and overall facility infrastructure.
- Equipment Management: Schedule regular inspections, servicing, and repairs for kitchen appliances and tools.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure the facility complies with local food safety, fire safety, and occupational health regulations.
- Waste Management: Implement and maintain proper disposal and sanitation procedures.
- Security & Access Control: Manage security protocols, monitor access, and ensure safety measures are in place.
- Vendor Coordination: Work with third-party service providers for repairs, deep cleaning, and maintenance.
- Inventory of Facility Supplies: Maintain stock of essential non-food items such as cleaning supplies, safety gear, and maintenance tools.
- Emergency Preparedness: Develop and implement protocols for handling equipment breakdowns, power outages, and other emergencies.
- Utility Management: Monitor and optimize energy and water usage for cost-efficiency.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen, inventory, and operations teams to support smooth daily functioning.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess Bachelor’s Degrees
- Experience: 3+ years in facility management, maintenance, or a related field (preferably in food service, hospitality, or cloud kitchens).
- Skills: Strong problem-solving, organizational, and technical skills.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with kitchen equipment, safety regulations, and preventive maintenance practices.
- Technology: Ability to use facility management software and maintenance tracking tools.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to perform inspections and light maintenance tasks as needed.
Salary
N250,000 Monthly.
