Job Title: Farm Worker (Vegetable Production)
Location: Alabata, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time
About the Role
- We are currently hiring Farm Hands to join our vegetable production team.
- Successful candidates will work under the supervision of the Farm Supervisor and contribute to the cultivation of various vegetables including tomatoes, cucumbers, and peppers.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in land preparation, planting, weeding, irrigation, and harvesting
- Support greenhouse and open field operations
- Maintain farm tools and equipment
- Follow instructions from supervisors and agronomists.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a BSc / B.Agric / HND with 0 – 5 years work experience.
- Prior experience in vegetable farming is an added advantage
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Good physical fitness and commitment to farm duties
- Willing to stay on-site (accommodation available).
