Job Summary

• Our client is seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy Fashion Assistant to join their team.
• As a Fashion Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our design team, manage our digital presence, and assist with photoshoots and events. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, excellent communication skills, and willingness to learn on the job.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the design team, including scheduling appointments and managing correspondence
• Recrommend and source fabrics for clients
• Assist with photoshoots and events, including coordinating logistics, styling, and model casting
• Assist with inventory management, including tracking stock levels and ordering supplies
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, models, and other industry professionals

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in the fashion industry, preferably in a similar role
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Willingness to learn on the job.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with project management software, such as Asana or Trello.
