Title: Female Client/Product Support Staff

Job Summary
- Our client Support staff will act as a liaison, provide product/service information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face during purchase or use of our applications with accuracy and efficiency.
- She will be responsible for managing and creating contents in all our social media accounts and shall always deploy startegies that will result to brand awareness and conversion of prospective clients.
Responsibilities
- Explaining our products and services to clients
- Drawing up Contents on all our Social media platforms aimed at visibility and conversion.
- Treating Customers’ Purchase request.
- Managing teachers that create contents for the company’s LearningHub and Youtube page and ensure syllabus are covered exhaustively.
- Scheduling periods for LearningHub teachers and following up with the teachers.
- Preview videos of LearningHub before final upload to the website.
- Join the team during presentations and will have to anchor presentations on some occasions
Education
- Any post Secondary Education in a Science related field is adequate.
Requirements:
- Proximity to office is highly required. Ideal candidate should reside in a place she will need at most two drops to get to office.
- A person living with her parents/guardian (under a superior authority) is highly desired.
Skills:
- Must have a good command of spoken and written English.
- Must have good IT skills, idea in graphics design and conversant with microsoft office suite.
- A good background in sciences
- Must have good presentation skills
- Should be conversant with social media management and have brand promotion skills.
- Must be a creative person and a self-starter
- A previous experience in a related role will be an added advantage.
- Must be 27 years old or below by end of 2023
Remuneration
N60,000 – N80,000 Monthly.
