Key Responsibilities

• Proactively source and engage individuals and businesses in need of financial services, especially lending and investment solutions.
• Design and implement customer acquisition campaigns tailored to high-demand sectors.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, business owners, and corporate influencers.
• Conduct field marketing activities, networking, and direct sales initiatives to grow market reach.
• Identify businesses experiencing cash flow or liquidity challengesand offer custom financial products to support them.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with product offerings and market trends.
• Analyze client feedback, conversion data, and competitor activity to refine strategies for higher impact.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, conversions, and client onboarding.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in field marketing, direct sales, or financial services marketing.
• Proven ability to acquire and convert clients effectively.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-buildingskills.
• Deep understanding of financial solutions, especially in credit, loans, or investment portfolios.
• Strong proficiency in CRM tools, digital marketing, and field engagement strategies.
• Track record of exceeding customer acquisition and revenue targets.
