Job Summary
- We seek an enthusiastic and driven Field Sales Agent to join our growing team.
- As a Field Sales Agent, you will play a crucial role in sourcing leads, disbursing loans, and building relationships with potential customers, ultimately contributing to the growth of our loan portfolio at Carbon.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate leads for potential loan customers through various field activities, including community outreach, market visits, and networking.
- Conduct preliminary assessments of potential customers to determine their eligibility for loans.
- Educate potential customers about Carbon Microfinance Bank’s loan products and services.
- Meet and exceed weekly/monthly targets for lead generation.
- Provide regular reports on field activities and lead generation efforts.
- Stay updated on Carbon Microfinance Bank’s loan products, policies, and procedures.
- Adhere to the bank’s code of conduct and ethical guidelines.
Minimum Qualifications
- Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in any discipline.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Excellent networking skills.
- Ability to work in the field within assigned areas.
Salary & Benefits
- N80,000 – N100,000 Monthly.
