Job Title: Field Sales Agent
Locations: Wuse Zone 4, Abuja (FCT) & Opebi – Ikeja, Lagos

Job role
- We are looking for self-motivated and results-driven Field Sales Agents to join our dynamic field sales team.
- The agents will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining relationships with clients in the assigned territory.
- The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong passion for sales.
Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential customers through various methods, including networking and referrals.
- Regularly visit clients and potential clients to present our products/services, understand their needs, and provide solutions.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing and potential clients to foster loyalty and ensure repeat business.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and customer feedback to the field sales lead.
- Stay updated on the company’s products/services and industry developments to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess minimum of an SSCE qualification with 1 – 2 years relevant work experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of application
- Must possess a valid means of identification.
- Must possess a working smart phone (either android or ios)
- Must be conversant with the local parlance and nuances of the area.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Knowledge of local market and business landscape.
- Must provide 2 guarantors.
Salary
- N30,000 Monthly and (Performance Bonus).
