Job Title: Finance/Admin Officer

Job Summary
- We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive finance and administrative officer to help drive the efficiency of our daily operations.
- If you’re passionate about administration, multitasking, and supporting both administrative and finance functions, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Manage office supplies and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
- Maintain asset register and oversee facility maintenance
- Organize and maintain company documents, licenses, and contracts
- Support procurement processes and vendor relationship management
- Arrange meetings, travel logistics, and staff events
- Prepare and process invoices and receipts
- Track daily expenses and ensure compliance with internal controls
- Assist with bookkeeping and liaise with accounting for reconciliations
- Support recruitment processes and employee onboarding
- Maintain accurate employee records in both physical and digital formats.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, accounting, or a related field
- 3-5 years work experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Working knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Zoho Books) and MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
