Job Title: Finance & Administrative Manager

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The job holder will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records, managing administrative functions, and providing strategic financial guidance to support business growth.
  • He / she will develop strategies based on financial research and guide management in making sound business decisions in the long and short term.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage financial reports, budgets, and fo
  • Develop and manage budgets for projects, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Conduct financial forecasting and variance analysis to track company performance.
  • Monitor project costs and ensure expenditures remain within budget.
  • Analyze and control overhead costs, labor expenses, and material costs.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising project quality.
  • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management.
  • Monitor cash flow and ensure sufficient liquidity for operations.
  • Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with accounting standards.
  • Oversee administrative staff and operations.
  • Manage office facilities, supplies and equipment
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, labor laws, and other financial policies.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies as needed.
  • Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and minimize risks.
  • Work closely with project managers to review the financial aspects of projects.
  • Monitor and approve project budgets, invoices, and payments.
  • Evaluate the financial feasibility and profitability of projects before execution
  • Supervise and mentor the finance team, ensuring high levels of performance.
  • Support the HR & Admin team in payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Ensure timely payments to vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers, including invoices/payments

Educational Requirements & Skills

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • ACA/ ACCA will be advantageous.
  • Minimum of 6 years relevant experience in financial accounting
  • Proven experience in financial management and administration,
  • Strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of Operational planning, Implementation, and Control
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strong communication skills
