Title: Finance Officer

Location: Ogba, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Description 

  • Ace Financials is recruiting a Finance Officer who will develop and maintain financial systems.

Responsibilities 
The ideal candidate will:

  • Keep accurate records of all daily transactions
  • Record accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Reconcile bank statements
  • Participate in financial audits
  • Assist with budget preparation
  • Update internal systems with financial data
  • Prepare balance sheets
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
  • Review and implement financial policies
  • Other tasks assigned by the Supervisor.

Requirements
The suitable candidate should have:

  • B.Sc in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
  • Professional Qualifications – ACA or at least Professional Level in ICAN Examination will be added advantage
  • 3 – 5 Years Experience in Financial Services
  • Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures
  • Experience using financial software
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Knowledge of financial regulations
  • Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data.
