We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Financial Business Analyst
Location: Lagos
Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Analyst located in Lagos.
- The Business Analyst will be responsible for tasks such as analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting business requirements, and utilizing strong analytical and communication skills to support project initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive organizational growth.
- Conduct feasibility studies to assess business opportunities and sustainability.
- Analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of business strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide insights into market trends, business development opportunities, and recommend growth strategies.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to align the company’s strategic direction with market demands.
- Analyse proposals and present it to clients
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and Business Analysis abilities
- Effective Communication skills
- Experience in Business Process analysis and improvement
- Ability to gather and document Business Requirements
- Attention to detail and critical thinking capabilities
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
- 5-7 years of experience in business strategy, feasibility studies, and strategic planning.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and drive business decisions.
- Experience in conglomerates or related industries is an advantage.
