Job Description
- The senior finance controller will be responsible formanaging and handling the financial activities and reports of the company.
- These includes budgeting and forecasting, financial reporting, accounting, internal control, vetting and approvals, debt management, stakeholders management, and ensuring compliances with regulations.
Responsibilites
- Reports directly to the Board of Directors.
- Works closely with regulatory bodies such as the CBN.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A master’s Degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
- Professional certifications such as ACA, ACIB, ICANor similar qualifications are an added advantage.
- Must have 6 – 12 years of banking experience.
