Job Title: Corporate Management Trainee
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: NYSC
Work Days: Mondays – Fridays
Job Summary
- We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated individual to join their team as a Management Trainee.
- This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals eager to develop their leadership and management skills in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
- As a Management Trainee, you will work closely with the team to gain a deep understanding of the firm’s operations, learn the fundamentals of the business, and contribute to the company’s growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in a structured rotational program across various departments to gain comprehensive knowledge of the business.
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing key projects, ensuring that deliverables are met within the defined timeline and budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand different aspects of the business and contribute to team goals.
- Engage in continuous learning opportunities, including training sessions, workshops, and mentoring, to develop leadership and management competencies.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for management, detailing progress, insights, and recommendations.
Qualifications
- BSc Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Marketing or other related fields with a minimum of Second Class Upper
- Fresh Graduates looking to enroll for NYSC in 2025
- Final year examination results must be out
- NYSC corper, fresh out of camp posted to Lagos and looking for PPA in Lagos
- Proximity to Lekki Phase 1 is mandatory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Proactive, with a strong desire to learn and grow within the company
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
Salary
- Fresh graduates: N95,000 Monthly.
- Corpers: N110,000 Monthly.
