1). Investment Operations Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  • We are on the lookout for a detail-oriented Investment Operations Manager.
  • This role is pivotal in overseeing our daily investment operations, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and driving financial growth.
  • The Investment Operations Manager is the primary interface between the investment department and all internal and external counterparties

Responsibilities

  • Confirm all previous day’s transactions and other expected inflows across all funds, advice portfolio management team as appropriate
  • Maintain investment team archives; ensure all transaction justifications, instructions and confirmations are prepared and received when due and are filed correctly and easily retrievable
  • Maintain and update archives of team strategy documents, agreements, policies etcetera
  • Prepare daily investment and termination instructions
  • Update all equity, fixed income and money market investments.
  • Prepare and maintain daily and monthly asset allocation update.
  • Weekly collation of all investments.
  • Conduct monthly equity reconciliation between Custodian and CSCS positions.
  • Reconcile and follow up on outstanding dividends and bonuses with custodian, document and report any outstanding and elicit periodic status updates from custodian.
  • Prepare, update and maintain monthly counterparty exposures versus limits
  • Prepare transaction compliance reports- Monthly equity transaction reports- Monthly primary market fixed income commission reports
  • Portfolio Treasury Support – Support timely and efficient treasury management of all fund portfolios
  • Ensure portfolio cash balances do not exceed internal limits- Ensure counterparty exposure limits are not exceeded in money markets
  • Advise portfolio management team of cash availability & counterparty exposure limits early in day – Gather daily market interest rates and advise portfolio management team early in day.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree / HND in any field, preferably Finance or Accounting
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in investment operations or a related role.
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Good relationships in the investment management industry
  • Ability to multi-task; juggle multiple deliverables and perform under sometimes demanding conditions
  • Independent, excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

2). IT Infrastructure Engineer

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Responsibilites

  • Provide technical support for staff on IT-related issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, hardware, and software
  • Monitor and troubleshoot system and network problems
  • Respond to technical queries from staff and provide timely solutions
  • Document incident resolutions and maintain a knowledge base
  • Assist in training employees in using software and hardware
  • Provide technical support for remote workers

3). Cashier

Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Job Summary

  • The Location cashier is responsible for collection of all instrument of premium payments, ensure confirmation of payments in Aiico collection account, processing of payments into receipt, manage daily cheque collection register, deposit daily collected cheques in Aiico premium collection account, submit daily location receipting call over, attends to all premium payment inquiries at the location.

Cashier Job Description

  • The cashier is responsible for the collection of cheque payment
  • He/she is responsible for lodgment of all cheques payments
  • He/she is responsible for the maintenance of location daily cheque register
  • He/she ensure all EFT payment are confirmed before receipting same
  • He/she prepare and submit daily the call over for all POS and Cheques collections
  • He/she ensure daily reconciliation of location receipting general ledgers
  • He/she receipt and allocate premium payment on all debit note for the location

Educational Professional Qualification

  • B.Sc / HND qualification in Accounting, Business Administration or any Social studies.

Core Competencies:

  • Ability to efficiently communicate and interact with clients
  • Ability to respond to basic customer service request and resolve premium payments complaint
  • Ability to work with other team members, providing support to other team members where needed
  • Ability to maintain all company related policies, ethically active.
  • Very reliable and possess high integrity key trait

Functional Competencies:

  • Possession of excellent and proficient skill in usage of Microsoft office
  • Possession of strong numerical skill, accuracy at figures
  • Ability to work in a busy environment, coping with extended working hours
