1). Investigation Manager
Location: Nigeria (On-Site)
About The Job
- The role holder will be responsible for ensuring all security breaches in any of our locations are thoroughly investigated and concluded within the stipulated time frame.
- The expectation is that investigation actions are concluded within 30 days. He shall evaluate investigation plans and ensure that the investigation processes and actions conform with standard operating procedures.
- The IM is also responsible for ensuring that all incidents under security investigation are properly logged in the Investigation Database and presented at the department’s monthly BPMS review sessions.
- The IM is required to lead investigations into high-value cases or any matter deemed sensitive by the business.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate all investigation actions on sensitive and non- sensitive security breaches on NBC locations.
- Assign investigators to handle cases of fraud, theft, or any other major incidents impacting people and business processes on NBC sites.
- Manage all investigation actions in liaison with the Security Operations Managers.
- Ensure that investigation plans and processes are of good quality and are compliant with the standard operating procedures.
- Ensure that investigation reports are detailed and compliant with the existing reporting format.
- Ensure that investigations are concluded within the stipulated timeline and in accordance with the SLA.
- Develop and manage the investigation data base and ensure all reported security breaches are properly logged on the database.
- Conduct lessons learned sessions with relevant internal stakeholders on the outcome of investigations on sensitive security breaches.
- Monitor business loss recoveries monthly with stakeholders.
- Drive loss recovery processes with internal stakeholders and ensure loss recovery recommendations are actioned by the appropriate responsible managers.
- Conduct weekly reviews on all outstanding investigations cases.
- Plan and execute investigation trainings to the appropriate managers.
- Plan, coordinate and execute security awareness trainings for fleet drivers (bi-annual) and expats’ domestic staff (annually).
- Advise the Business on security matters.
Is This You?
- At least a First Degree in any discipline from any accredited institution.
- A minimum of 5 years relevant experience in both investigations and security. (settings include corporate security, law enforcement, military, security-consulting, legal, audit, compliance, finance, regulatory, etc.).
- Certification as a certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) or Professional Certified Investigator (PCI) or equivalent.
- Robust network within the law enforcement and military community.
- A good understanding and application of security investigation and interview technics, concepts, practices, and procedures.
- A good understanding with the legal requirements of security investigations as it pertains to human rights and data protection.
- Security Interview/interrogation skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, with ability to communicate with a diverse range and seniority of stakeholders, including technical and non-technical audiences.

2). Senior Manufacturing Finance Analyst

- The Senior Finance Analyst – Manufacturing is responsible for delivering sharp financial insights, driving performance on key cost buckets, and enabling operational excellence across plants.
- This role supports plant leadership and supply chain finance in delivering on productivity, optimizing material usage, and increasing end-to-end transparency on cost of goods sold (COGS).
- The analyst shall support the Manufacturing Finance Manager and support the planning, control, tracking and reporting of accurate financial information relating to the manufacturing area of the supply chain.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the finance lead for select plants, participating in plant reviews, RCA sessions, and continuous improvement meetings.
- Build strong relationships with Plant Managers, Production Managers, and SC Continuous Improvement Leads to align operational priorities and productivity initiatives.
- Translate financial outcomes into operational actions and vice versa for guidance to plant operations team
- Provide SC finance excellence support by driving value reporting and process improvement initiatives.
- Manage the BU Business loss tracking and follow up on reviews actions for implementation of resulting remedial action.
- Lead financial planning and performance tracking of COGS, raw and packaging materials, indirect materials, across plants.
- Deliver timely and insightful variance analysis (price, volume, yield, mix) to explain plant performance vs Budget and Forecast.
- Perform Cost deep dive and provide insight for decision support.
- Support material requirement planning (MRP) through financial validation and linkage to production plans.
- Quantify demurrage, obsolescence, shrinkage, and losses, driving root cause analysis and action plans with Plant and Procurement teams.
- Partner with plants to manage and track indirect materials (chemicals, consumables, spares) and drive value-for-money usage.
- Improve visibility and control over production overheads, including maintenance, utilities, and other indirect cost lines.
- Ensure robust financial controls across manufacturing processes — including BOM accuracy, GRIR clearing, inventory valuation, and stock movement monitoring.
- Lead and support month-end closing activities related to production and material costs (journal reviews, accruals, cost allocations).
- Provide periodic analysis on total BU SC cost per case by region, by plant by lines and by SKU.
Is This You?
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. MBA or professional certification (ACCA, CFA, CIMA) is a plus.
- 5-7 years of experience in supply chain finance, FP&A, or finance transformation roles. Core operations experience is an added advantage
- Strong expertise in SAP and analytical tools for financial analysis and reporting.
- Ability to identify cost inefficiencies, improve transparency, and drive impactful change.
- Strong competencies in supply chain operations.

4). Environment Manager

- The Environmental Manager reports to the Plant Quality and Environment Manager and is responsible for ensuring Plant processes are planned, implemented, and monitored to comply with ISO standards, Coca Cola Operating Requirements (KORE), CCH and Regulatory requirements through effective implementation of Management systems and periodic audits.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of plant operations environmental footprint reduction and align plant activities towards meeting the company’s sustainability commitments and deliver annual milestones in areas of water and energy use, emissions as well as waste management.
- Develop and implement engagement, collaboration/ co-operation plans between the government regulatory bodies and the company.
- Supervise wastewater treatment processes and output to ensure strict compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee and supervise activities of environmental consultants and review monitoring reports prepared by them to ensure accuracy and correctness.

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an environmental professional, HSE professional.
- Knowledge of key environmental practices, process and environmental impact. Capable of leading sustainability projects and managing environmental budgets.
- Good knowledge and understanding of the environmental modules in Coca-Cola requirement (KORE) local environmental law and regulations.

- The Senior Finance Analyst – Logistics plays a key role in delivering value through financial partnering and analytics support- providing insight, and control across logistics operations (Primary and Secondary Distribution, Warehousing, and Fleet Management and distribution Opex).

Your Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Logistics and Commercial teams to support delivery KPIs (OTIF, Route-to-Market efficiency, Customer Service).
- Develop strong relationships with depots, warehouses, and fleet teams to understand operations and uncover value opportunities.

Is This You?
- 5 – 7 years’ experience in finance roles, with at least 3 in supply chain or logistics finance.
- Advanced financial & accounting knowledge (ACCA, CIMA is an asset).
- Understanding and interpretation of how Cost To Serve performance drives profitability, including risk & opportunity analysis
- Understand financial impact / cost drivers to work with outsourcing partners
- Strong working knowledge of SAP (CO, MM, FI modules) and data tools like Excel, Power BI, or similar analytics platforms.
