1). Quality Control Supervisor

Location: Lagos

Job Overview

  • Coordinates all Quality, Food Safety and Environmental activities in the factory.
  • Develop and implement appropriate procedures in line with the Company, statutory and regulatory requirements, ISO standards to ensure all products meet stipulated quality and food safety standards and are produced and stored under conditions that make them fit for human consumption.

Role Responsibilities

  • Enforcement of environmental compliance requirement standards & regulatory statutory measures
  • Supervise proper functioning of all Laboratory equipment’s, water treatment plant and effluent discharge
  • Supervise quality improvement initiatives to achieve effective operations.
  • Monitor and control quality assurance testing for raw materials and packaging materials.
  • Process inspection, materials and finished goods inspection.
  • Ensure proper GMP, GHK of work environment.
  • Implenment effective consumer complaints reduction.
  • In alignment with customer care, handle consumer complaints in a proactive and efficient manner, that ensures the complainant’s satisfaction.
  • Ensure effective implementation of HACCP, FSMS and Microbiological monitory programs
  • Drive continuous improvement across Qualityprocess.

Qualifications/Experience required

  • HND or BSC. In Food Sciences, or Applied Sciences
  • At least 5years experience in FCMG, preferably in Water Production

Skills/Attributes required:

  • Strong understanding of Purchasing principles and processes
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Proactive, highly motivated and flexible
  • Highly organized
  • Experienced with MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

2). Electrical Technician

Location: Lagos

Role Responsibilities

  • Attend to process trouble shooting in production lines.
  • Ensure zero production downtime
  • Knowledge of maintenance of packaging filling, PET Blow mold machines.
  • Resolve identified issues related to equipment, issues as conveyors, fillers, shrink packer, boiler, labeling machines e.t.c.
  • Ensure equipment reliability and availability for production.
  • Conduct regular preventive and autonomous maintenance
  • Train team to effectively perform their assigned duties.
  • Provide guidance to new team members, on equipment repairs and maintenance.
  • Ensure safety measures and procedures are strictly complied to, during repairs and maintenance.
  • Manage equipment maintenance and repair budget and cost.

Requirements and skills

  • B.Sc / HND in Electrical Engineering
  • Proven 5 years work experience in an FMCG (Preferably in bottling Company)
  • Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
  • Sound understanding of safety regulation, procedures and policies with a problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
