Job Summary
- As a Continental Cook, you will prepare exquisite international dishes, showcasing your expertise in European, Asian, and American cuisine.
- Your creativity and attention to detail will delight our guests and enhance our hotel’s culinary reputation.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook international dishes, including appetizers, entrees, and desserts
- Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes
- Collaborate with Executive Chef and culinary team
- Ensure highest standards of food quality, presentation, and safety
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and equipment
- Train and mentor junior staff
- Participate in culinary events and promotions.
Requirements
- Culinary degree or diploma
- Certification in food safety and hygiene
- 3 – 5 years of experience as a Continental Cook or Chef de Partie
- Excellent cooking skills and knowledge of international cuisine
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Fluency in English.
