1). Event Sponsorship & Partnership Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Summary
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Event Sponsorship & Partnership Manager to spearhead sponsorship acquisition and brand partnerships for our high-profile events.
- This role requires a strategic thinker with strong networking skills to identify, negotiate, and secure sponsorships that align with our brand’s vision.
- The ideal candidate will build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders while maximizing revenue opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Sponsorship Acquisition & Management:
- Identify, research, and approach potential sponsors and partners that align with our event goals.
- Develop compelling sponsorship proposals and presentations tailored to brand objectives.
- Negotiate and secure sponsorship deals, ensuring mutual value for both parties.
- Manage sponsorship deliverables and ensure all agreements are fulfilled before, during, and after events.
Strategic Partnerships:
- Build and nurture relationships with corporate brands, media partners, and industry leaders.
- Develop creative partnership opportunities that drive value for both parties.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, content) to enhance partner visibility and engagement.
- Stay updated on market trends to identify new partnership opportunities.
Event Planning & Execution:
- Work closely with all teams to integrate sponsors into event experiences.
- Ensure smooth execution of sponsorship activations, brand placements, and deliverables.
- Oversee on-site partner engagements and networking opportunities.
- Evaluate sponsorship impact and generate post-event reports for sponsors.
Revenue & Business Growth:
- Develop revenue strategies to maximize sponsorship income.
- Create new sponsorship packages tailored to different brands and budgets.
- Analyze competitor sponsorship models and identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sponsorship agreements, budgets, and revenue projections.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sponsorship sales, business development, or partnerships.
- Proven track record of securing sponsorships and managing brand collaborations.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to create persuasive pitch decks and sponsorship proposals.
- Understanding of event marketing, audience engagement, and brand activations.
- Experience working in media, entertainment, or event industries is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet revenue targets, and manage multiple projects.

2). Senior Digital Sales Strategist
Location: Lagos
Job Summary
- We are looking for a Senior Digital Sales Strategist to join our team who will drive revenue growth by developing and pitching winning creative digital strategies for clients to solve their business challenges and aid them in achieving their marketing goals and objectives.
- You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities to sell our digital product portfolio and services.
- Our Senior Digital Strategists drive commercial opportunities among top brands by prospecting, nurturing leads, and networking with customers and client-side decision-makers to close deals.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify business opportunities and develop effective strategies to approach and pitch our solutions and capabilities.
- Contribute to team effort by establishing high-level contacts and ensuring that the defined sales process is followed.
- Close deals and work towards set targets, ultimately positively impacting the company’s revenues.
- Manage client relationships and provide customers with excellent service and support.
- Work with the project execution teams to ensure customer goals are achieved.

Desired Skills & Experience
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Communications or Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in sales or business development – Digital/ Creative/ Media/ Marketing/SaaS/ Advertising industries preferred.
- A creative thinker who can connect 360° digital to all aspects of a client’s business and drive growth opportunities.
- Good understanding of digital marketing – a professional qualification is desirable.
- Excellent knowledge of digital marketing software, such as HubSpot and Pardot
- Detailed understanding of social media networks and media marketing methods.
- Excellent networking skills and a demonstrated ability in key client/partner relationship management
- An entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, start-up environment with dynamic business priorities.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Zoho CRM is desirable.
- Portfolio of previous marketing projects.
