Job Title: Front Desk/Admin Officer
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
Facility Management:
- Oversee daily operations and maintenance of office buildings, warehouses, and related infrastructure.
- Coordinate vendors, cleaners, technicians, and security service providers to ensure consistent upkeep.
- Monitor utility usage, ensure timely payment of bills, and troubleshoot basic facility issues.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Fleet Coordination:
- Manage and schedule vehicle movement for operational use.
- Monitor fuel usage, vehicle servicing, and maintenance schedules.
- Keep accurate records of driver logs, vehicle repairs, and registration/insurance renewals.
- Liaise with drivers and vendors to ensure optimal fleet performance.
Logistics & Administration:
- Oversee general office administrative tasks such as procurement of office supplies and maintenance materials.
- Supervise dispatch services and coordinate delivery of materials to sites or clients.
- Track and manage administrative and operational floats; ensure proper accountability and timely retirements.
Regulatory &Statutory Compliance:
- Handle the remittance and documentation of statutory obligations (e.g., taxes, pensions, insurance).
- Maintain accurate records and liaise with relevant regulatory bodies as required.
Requirements
- OND in any relevant field
- Must reside in or around Oregun, Ikeja
- 2–3 years of proven experience in administrative or logistics roles, preferably within the real estate or construction sector.
- Good knowledge of facility management principles and statutory requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
