Job Description

  • We are seeking a skilled and organized Front Desk / Administrative Secretary to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our organization, handling receptionist and administrative duties with professionalism and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Manage incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate person or department
  • Maintain a neat and orderly reception area
  • Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Assist with other clerical duties as needed

Requirements

  • Graduate with a minimum of two years of experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or similar role.
  • Female, not older than 30 years of age
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Must be familiar with the Abuja landscape
  • Preferably living within the Kaura, Gudu, Lokogoma, Games Village, and Durumi axis of Abuja
