Job Title: Front Desk/Customer Relation Officer
Location: Lagos

Job Description
- Engaging with customers to address enquiries and resolve complaints.
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures that improve customer service experience.
- Liaising with other departments to streamline operations relating to customer service.
- Collecting and analysing feedback to understand customer needs and help improve a company’s products or services.
- Training staff on best practices for dealing with customers and implementing service standards.
- Working with management to develop strategies aimed at improving customer satisfaction and retention.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and processing customer accounts.
- Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
- Greet and welcome all guest
- Answer questions and address complaints
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.
Remuneration
- N120,000 Monthly.
