Job Summary

  • We are hiring a Front desk/customer service person to be the face of our fashion house.
  • This role requires a warm and professional individual who will handle client interactions, manage front desk operations, and assist with administrative duties.
  • The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a polished appearance, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients and visitors with a friendly, professional attitude
  • Handle phone calls, messages, and email inquiries
  • Schedule and confirm client appointments
  • Provide information on products, services, and collections
  • Address customer concerns promptly and professionally
  • Support the sales and creative teams with administrative tasks
  • Keep the front desk area tidy and organized

Requirements

  • B.Sc. or HND in any relevant field
  • Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role (fashion or retail is a plus)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, scheduling tools)
