About the Position

  • We are seeking a proactive and organized Front Desk/Executive Assistant who will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors while providing high-level administrative support to the executive team. This role requires excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a polished, professional demeanor. The ideal candidate will have experience in office management, scheduling, and coordinating executive-level task with discretion and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for visitors, clients and callers, representing the company professionally while managing various administrative task.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team.
  • Organize travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries for executives when required.
  • Coordinate with office suppliers and vendors to ensure seamless office operations.
  • Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and manage inventory for office supplies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in an administrative, front desk/executive assistant role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and customer-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
