Job Title: Front Desk/Office Assistant
Location: Alaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients, visitors, and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage front desk operations, including handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, and responding to inquiries.
- Maintain records, files, and office supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Support administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and filing.
- Ensure the entire office area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Liaise with internal departments to facilitate smooth workflow and communication.
- Carry out other relevant tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum of an OND in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare or diagnostic center.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and a customer-friendly attitude.
