Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Location: Lagos

Description

  • The Front Desk Officer serves as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience at the dental clinic.

Key Responsibilities

  • Patient Reception: Greet and assist patients during check-in, managing all necessary documentation.
  • Appointment Management: Schedule and confirm patient appointments, maintaining accurate calendars for healthcare providers.
  • Patient Registration and Insurance Verification: Collect and verify patient information and insurance details, ensuring eligibility before service.
  • Billing and Payments: Provide treatment cost information, collect payments, and assist patients in understanding billing statements.
  • Communication and Coordination: Act as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers, ensuring effective communication across departments.
  • Administrative Support: Perform clerical tasks, maintain organized front desk operations, and manage inquiries through phone and in-person interactions.
  • Compliance and Confidentiality: Adhere to clinics policies regarding patient privacy and ensure safety during emergencies.

Qualifications

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 2-4 years experience.
  • This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to patients and supporting the overall mission of the dental clinic.

Salary

  • N100,000 – N120,000 / month.
