Job Title: Front Desk Officer
Location: Asaba, Delta

Summary
- We are currently expanding and seeking a smart, organised, and professional Front Desk Officer to join our dynamic team at our Asaba Branch.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests professionally and promptly.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls.
- Maintain office security by following procedures and controlling access (monitor logbook, issue visitor tags).
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
- Assist with administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Support other staff as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND / HND / BSc Degree in any relevant field.
- 1 – 5 years proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Representative, or similar role is an advantage.
- Must be female.
- Must be staying around Faulks Road, or its nearby environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional appearance and attitude.
