Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Location: Asaba, Delta

Employment Type: Full-time

Summary

  • We are currently expanding and seeking a smart, organised, and professional Front Desk Officer to join our dynamic team at our Asaba Branch.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests professionally and promptly.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls.
  • Maintain office security by following procedures and controlling access (monitor logbook, issue visitor tags).
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
  • Assist with administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Support other staff as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND / HND / BSc Degree in any relevant field.
  • 1 – 5 years proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Representative, or similar role is an advantage.
  • Must be female.
  • Must be staying around Faulks Road, or its nearby environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Professional appearance and attitude.
