Job Description

  • We are searching for a courteous and professional Front Desk Officer to join our team. As a Front Desk Officer, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing excellent customer service and administrative support.
  • The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and capable of handling a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate individuals.
  • Manage inquiries and provide information about the organization’s products or services.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings, and maintain calendars for staff.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies and equipment.
  • Assist with other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
