Title: Front Desk Officer
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Attend to Visitors and guests in a timely and professional manner
- Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material
- Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them.
- Maintain office security in line with Company’s policy
- Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes, and making travel plans.
- Preparing meeting, refreshment and training rooms.
- Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
- Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Scheduling appointments.
- Any other task.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree with 1 – 4 years relevant work experience.
- Experience using office tools
- Customer service experience.
